please help need advice

I have posted this in another part of the fourm before i saw the owner operater maybe you all can help more:
2 yrs ago i moved from IN to AZ to start my own trucking company with me as owner operater. I started doing flat bed work and had to work very hard to even make truck payment ect. Over a yr ago i started hauling cars with a 7 car trailer. I have no OTR hauling exp. All the cars that i transport are local in az. It has taken over a year to even get enough clients to make a profit. I also use broker help which has not worked out because broker is holding over 8000 of pay and is 6 weeks behind in pay. So that being said here is where i need advice help anything. I had to send my wife and 2 kids back to IN because cost of living in AZ is to exp. I have been away from them for over 6 months now and only see them a couple days every 6 weeks. Needless to say between time away from family and broker holding pay not paying i am going to have to make a move and i am thinking of taking my truck back to IN and giving it a try there but starting over is a horrible thought. but only 2 ways to go is start over there or file bankruptsy because of business loans reg driving job would not do it.I guess i am asking does anyone know of a broker car hauling in or around IN or have any suggestions websites ect. any advice help would be great thanks for reading

Option 1- write broker a letter demanding money and say you will file suit (check small claims that may be an allowable amount so U don't need a lawyer) 2- next load of cars he gives you holdem hostage til he pays. 3- doesn't he need some kind of bond you can file on? Check with GMAN, Midnight Flyer or Rank on that on that. Last ask Steve Booth for some good brokers names. Good Luck Bill

Indiana is one of the best places to be with a flatbed. Your right in the middle of tons of flatbed freight. When I'm in the area and post my truck on the load boards I have to shut it off by 8am or it still rings all day. You could run between Indiana, Ohio and Michigan till your blue in the face for $2.00 per mile.

You can get yourself approved with Pittsburgh Logistics and use there load board. It's called www.eflatbed.com

You can do the same with TQL and there website is www.tql.com

Or you can just post your truck and let the phone ring.

Yes, thank you Mike, I can read.

Since you hauled a flatbed before and have experience I think going back to flatbed considering your home state and all the freight would be a wise choice.

Like I've said in other posts, when I'm in the area I have to shut my phone off after 8am since I have a load already and they keep calling non stop.
