I know the mile are a little high for a dump but other than that I don't see anything wrong with it.

Yeah but you are telling that to people who run trucks with 275HP moters.

Barnhill Contracting around here has 250+ trucks and runs Cat C9 (I think) at 300HP with Allison<sp> autos and you don't see there trucks get around pretty good.

Specs look good except for the C10 engine.

If it had a C12, I'd say go for it.

My truck has a 330 Cummins and a 9 speed and it hauls dirt just fine

I just don't get why so many guys think they have to have these big o'l 500hp + engines to haul dirt around. Sure I'm slower when I pull a hill then those guys, but I end up at the job site just the same.

well a 330 can get the job done but it is balls to the wall all day long. I know in PA with some of these hills it will take you 1/2 the day to get up them. When your off road in soft dirt it helps to have a bigger motor. Plus it is nice when your getting on a highway with them god damn short ass on ramps.

Yeah that wouldn't be that big of a deal in NC being we are flat as a pancake.

I don't know anything about the C10 but we don't have any hills so it might be alright and that is one heck of a price for a dump.
