I know the mile are a little high for a dump but other than that I don't see anything wrong with it. |

Barnhill Contracting around here has 250+ trucks and runs Cat C9 (I think) at 300HP with Allison<sp> autos and you don't see there trucks get around pretty good. |
Specs look good except for the C10 engine.
If it had a C12, I'd say go for it. |
the 5500i is that more like the light duty truck?? the paystar and the 5900i is the more heavy duty modeal aint they. for dump trucks. Just go with a MACK :D

I just don't get why so many guys think they have to have these big o'l 500hp + engines to haul dirt around. Sure I'm slower when I pull a hill then those guys, but I end up at the job site just the same. |

I don't know anything about the C10 but we don't have any hills so it might be alright and that is one heck of a price for a dump. |
