Did you mean "bite", like an "attack", or "bite" like a "bait"? :P

Whichever one most gets me off the hook

Thank you!

Hey thanks! We try to bid on all loads according to what each driver needs to make (per the driver) prior to bidding on anything. Both in the Freight and the Construction hauling. If you can't make money on it, then you won't work for me so what would be the point! We do our best, on occasion I may run a load by the driver that I don't think is a great rate but I want all my drivers to know what is out there. Thanks again for letting me hang out on CAD with the big boys! Have a great day!

How do 'smart' O/O's find work?

RockRunner 04-30-2007 10:59 AM

No "Joker Broker" here.....if it weren't for my O/O's I wouldn't have a business or provide for my family either. I'm sorry if some of the brokers out there have taken advantage of any of you. The only thing I can say is I present the loads that are "available" to us....I try daily to get the good loads but unfortunately some loads are not negotiable. I do what I can and communicate with my drivers. I apologize to you if you have had a bad experience but I am not those people. I wish you the best in all that you do! Have a great day!

Are you paying CAD for this advertising you are doing? If not, this isn't the forum for it.

RockRunner 04-30-2007 11:12 AM

Do you work for CAD?

No.

Does it matter?

That doesn't change the fact that this is not the correct forum for this.

Considering that it is an "OPEN" forum, and your one out of ten that seems to have an issue. I see no problem at all. If this posting, out of the thousands on here is the one posting that you paid attention to and responded to....I don't have a problem at all. Take care!

Spunk! Good for you! We've got mods if anything is too out of line. :D
