High-powred truck engine on ebay!!!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/3406B...QQcmdZViewItem

Saw this and thought I'd share it. Looks like a LOT of power, and a cute model to help sell it

725+ hp, all polished and ready to go!

Does anybody know the seller?? I've been watching his auctions, but have yet to figure out who he really is to see if I know someone running his parts/engines.

No way I'm laying out that kind of cash on an engine that hasn't been run by someone whose opinion I give any credence.

Thats Great Lakes Diesel.................RUN.......Don't walk.

The guy gives new meaning to the word SHADY, check out his feedback on eBay.

I'm surprised he still has kneecaps.

EEEeeeewwww!!!! Running away NOW! I read the ads, but didn't notice the "Great Lakes" part anywhere... maybe should have ready through and through..

THANK YOU!

I'd rather ride the chick.

Orangetxguy 02-12-2007 07:43 PM

I'm thinking the chick was to distract from the minues.

I wouldn`t give anybody 27 grand that refers to a turbo as a blower.

I remember that great lakes guy ripping off guys who wanted 6bt cummins (think dodge pickups) for sled pulling.

I pulled apart one of his "700 horse 6bt sled pullers" and found a bone stock long block with a .010 over gasket, wasn`t even rebuilt either.

There seems to be a bull market right now in selling overpriced crap to ignorant fools who want to pimp their diesel ride.

The model in the pics is hot though; I guess its the hooters concept applied to auto parts.

As I subscribe to DieselPower magazine I'm on the mailing list for all sorts of interesting stuff. I never knew so much junk to put on a pickup existed!
