We just weighed the truck and we are grossing 84,000 :shock: :shock:

we were 78,000 this morning with scale ticket to prove it....the company has not decided what to do yet....will update in the morning.

If I were you, Id run with it, any problems show the lower scale ticket and they will know what the problem is. This is a act of nature not bad loading and it happens sometimes. I believe the most they will do to you is make you go out back and get rid of as much of it as you can. maybe not though, they might not want it blocking anything out back. Just kick as much off as you can then go through the scale...lol

well at $3.00 a min and 273.00 total at the blue becon (sp?) we are legal!!

so we are off again for pheonix for tomorrow.....we will see.

We left it up to Arrow since this is their trailer and they paid for the deicing.

well from the looks of things at the New Mexico welcome center we are not the only ones who are concered about ice weight....there are a BUNCH of trucks here beating ice off the trucks and trailers....everyone says NM has no mercy!! :?

Since weigh stations have nothing to do with safety and EVERYTHING to do with revenue enhancement for the states you will get a ticket for being over because of ice. Which state the ticket is written in really has no bearing.
