Amen. Once I started doing longhaul to the Coast, I got Dunlop Syndrome. Symptoms include a Starbucks and fast food diet, over paying lumpers, and sleeping 3 hrs one night, then 12 the next.

I was always active, I was in the Military 18 years, ran marathons, practiced Martial Arts four hours a day, then the realities of work set in. I'm happily single, so I eat out every meal. It got away with me and now I'm getting it back.

Anyways, YES..I am beating the door of 26 down, although I may not look all that old, I am CERTAINLY not overweight lol.

6'2" 255lbs.
