"Flat fee", kinda interesting concept in this business. So if you couldn't find me a single reasonable load (just for an argument sake), i would still have to pay you $125?

Have to agree, I don't like the flat fee deal either. That doesn't seem like enough motivation to find good paying loads.

It is really not fair! You get nothing - you should pay nothing.
