I never, repeat never, get the green light on my pre-pass (HazMat tanker that is almost always placarded). Yet I got it repeatedly in California all of this week. WTH?
I guess I made it unscathed...this time.

Think they took the year off this go round! Though the normal guy off of I-95 at the 133 in VA was training a new guy this week, everybody was getting shutdown! That's the new training hotspot, he's been training local yokels the last few months off and on.
