I'm writing a short article about the pros and cons of being an owner/operator. I need a bit of info to understand the process for finding/acquiring loads and clients. Would you agree that being an owner/operator gives you the freedom to seek out more business because you're willing and able to travel further? Or does anyone here choose to drive within a smaller radius because it might save time and gas?
