I would be cautious of buying from these folks. look at the picture of the tires & then read where the description says good rubber.

I visited their lot a few years ago. Overall I was disappointed in their inventory in terms of condition and cleanliness. Not to say you couldn't get a good buy there, but their trucks condition appeared to be no nicer than auction condition. They did allow me to roam the lot without bothering me, there were no sales pitches. I left sooner than I had planned, even their nicest trucks were below what you would expect after seeing the photos in the ad.
