Served me well for 12 years. Expensive but worth it. When he whittles down my taxable income it looks like I'm living in poverty. And I don't miss a deduction either.

Using all deductions, especially business related, is not hard. Simply add up all receipts and plug them into the correct spots.
What is hard, is tax planning. When should you buy this, when and how do you depreciate, should you incorporate, etc...

What's hard? If you need it, buy it. If you don't need it, don't buy it. Making unnecessary purchases just to create a tax deduction is poor financial practice.
Depreciation is decided by my accountant. It seems he stretches everything out 5 years. He gets my taxable income so low a quicker depreciation schedule would be a waste.
Incorporation is just a PITA. Unless you have a fleet or plan on getting sued.
