I have a question about drug screening that hopefully someone here knows the answer to.
I have been running on my own for a little over a year and am in OOIDA's testing consortium. One of my customers freight is picking up so I am leasing on a friend of mine. Do I need to
pay the fee and put him in the consortium also or can I just pre-employment test him and then random test him myself? Thanks.
