Default Best CB shop?

I bought a new Cobra 29 LTD Classic at Pilot on sale for $79.99 about a month ago. I put two red Cobra 4.5' antennas (with the adjustable tips) on my Century's mirror mounts. Checked the SWR and it was about 1.2 . Not bad : ) .
I would like to get it tweaked and tuned, though, for maximum output. In your experience, what is the best CB shop, one that will give me real value for my money as well as straight talk about when my desires exceed the specs of my unit? I ran into a guy at the T/A in Forest Park, GA on the south side of Atlanta who said he could tweak my unit to give 50 watts of output. I have worked with electronic components for more than 20 years and I know that when you exceed the specs of electronic parts design, if you don't provide extra cooling, you WILL burn the component up. He said nothing about having to cool the board, so I am pretty certain he has no clue.

Hmm... Greenville, about 20 miles from me. Head down to the CB shop at the 599 in Longview. Steered me good when I had 'em install my Uniden Bearkitty. 8)
