Driver Looking for small OO fleet

Experienced company driver looking to join a smaller fleet so I can generate better income. Want to purchase my own truck but wont do that making .43CPM. Located in the Midwest but have been to 49 US states and all provinces of Canada, though dont enjoy Canadian runs. Would love to keep it close to home 1-2 weeks out prefered.
