I have been driving since 2000. My past isn't bad I had a C.D.V in 2010 and a couple of bad check's in 2008.
My problem is I have some charge pending and may not go to court for over a year. I can leave the state!!! My brother was going through a separation he asked me if he could keep his motor cycle at my house I agreed. Well he reported it stolen and we got charged conspiracy, faults report of stolen motor cycle . And to top it off I went over to pick him up we got stopped
again and he had cocaine on him I got possession charge it was in my truck. I need a break please I'm a good man with a family. I need your help PLEASE...

Lets see now, you just have minor problems. Awaiting court on charges of conspiracy, making a false report, and just a minor possession of cocaine. Gee, just a stellar individual. Sounds like they would all be falling all over themselves to hire you. I will assume that you have a CDl class A?

Lets get serious. Apparently all recent charges. What company in their right mind would allow you to take off with a $100,000 plus rig and cargo. You may get lucky but most want at least 5 years clean record. Sorry, and good luck, but regardless of how Good a Man you are your record is a real obsticle. Happy New Year.
