I dont no wind walker. I do hear what your saying and I no what your talking about, I have a friend who is a o/o with a 99 Freightliner and he lives in CA, He also does alot of work for the ports up in by San Fransico as of last year they had to buy a special smogg unit to put on their truck or they would not be allowed to go into the ports anymore and it wasnt just them it was all trucks.

I have a 07 Freightliner Columbia so I am hoping that I can hold out as long as possible before any new laws or changes are made. I am sure like my freind if new changes are made in the future there will always be some sort of upgrade you can make on your truck to make it leagal. And to be honest with if california wants to keep making it harder for us to go to that state I wouldnt loose one nights sleep over it cause tell you the trueth I cant stand going there and could care less if I ever go there aggain, As I sit here in Barstow CA right now saying this lol.
