anyone help with inverter

so i got myself a 500 watt 12v inverter https://bestarny.com/power-inverters-for-semi-truck/ to run my ps3 and tv, i tested it with my car battery and it powers the tv and ps3 fine. so i'm planning to run it straight to one of the lorry batterys and running cables from the battery into the cab.

so my questions are
1.does all this sound ok?
2.and how many metres and what cable should i use? and its a renault magnum is anyone would know the distance to the batteries??
3.are just using crocodile clips ok?

cheers for any help!

As far as wire size I have no idea, =I do know here you can buy an installation kit and that come with the proper wire. The main point I wanted to make was to please make sure you use rubber grommets where the wire passes thru metal of the cab, other wise it could start a fire! Alligator clips Or battery jumper cable clamps work just fine.

I have the Honda 2000I and love it. Using while sleeping is how you use it. I have 2 hard wired co detectors and 2 portable detectors on board. I am more worried about the anchor letting go than than the CO. Could it happen yes but i can also get eaten by a shark while swimming. Check this I found review for this product.
