Less Drivers Are Coming Through The Door

What Do You Think? The Real Reason Why The Trucking Industry Is Running Out Of Drivers.

Money honey, and all of the unpaid time away from home... And then there is that ELD and all of the other wiz bang the government is coming up with. I don't think we have seen anything yet in regards to a REAL driver shortage. Wait until the first of next year and see how many of us are left when the ELD mandate goes into full swing. I already know of more than a few guys that have sold their trucks and walked away from the industry, just had one in my house today, sells Anderson Windows, and does not miss the truck.

Start looking for options

You are totally right Drivers are fed up with the industry double standards, also you run more and make less and away from home...
I had it after 15v years of running and watching my kids go with out a Dad and missing all the life events. I miss the old days drive Mon thru Friday and go home Friday night.. The crazy thing was we made more money in those days...
Well keep the faith and start looking for something in the field and stay put in town. I did and I still work with drivers and their families and make a hell of a lot more Cash....
Safe Driving
Carl ..Firstgolook.com check it out.. believe me home every day and still working in the industry...

Well, Said I truly understand the issues. That's one reason I left for something that I can help drivers with issues that will come at any time.. I love what I do and I work from home.

"Driver is overloaded with Federal and local regulations"
