Can someone please help me with my 2 choices

Unfortunately I've lost pretty much my whole family the last one I had was my brother who passed away in march
I have a terrible job and have decided to go otr
I don't have a cdl so I need the training
I've narrowed down my options to 2 companies and would like to know what current drivers think is the better one
Pam
Swift
I've talked to others but these 2 would work out perfectly
Thank you

I'd go with SWIFT. Stay away from any lease deals no matter how pretty they make it sound.

OK thanks

they will both lock on into a contract to work for them or else charge you for school, am much better option is to apply for some grants and go to a state college, you will be a better driver and get a much better job

Fredog knows what he's talking about here! Use company paid training only as a last resort. If you pay for the school yourself it will be about 4-5 thousand and a lot of 'starter' companies will reimburse you so much a week/month for your school costs WITHOUT a long employment contract at starvation wages! You would be much better off borrowing the money from your local bank or credit union than going the company route.

I started with swift and truly have nothing bad to say about their training overall.

I'm with Fredog on that one. Once you get your CDL, you can go with whatever training carrier you choose. Swift would be better than PAM, mostly since Swift has more dedicated accounts that bring a decent, steady paycheck.

Absolutely! I drived a couple of months for Swift - everything was OK
