I live in Europe ( Greece ), I an a licensed lorry driver but I have been working as a taxi driver for the last 5 years , an have never worked as a trucker. I am planning though to start a small transportation company, specifically a contnental car transportation company via my own car carrier truck ( which I m planning to buy , and has sapce for 7 plus 1 averagely sized cars). I would like to know your views on the difficulties I will face during this atempt. Andfurthermore I would be glad to hear your opinions and knoledge concerning the european trucking markket. Welcome to the forum, George. Do you have any experience driving trucks?

Welcome George, You are ambitious aren't you? I know nothing about Greece but I would HIGHLY recommend that you get some experience driving someone else's truck before you jump into the deep end and buy your own. Car hauling is a speciality market also and calls for even more training. Let some one else pay you to learn and pay for your mistakes.
