Drug/Alcohol testing release documents
 

Ok, so I am probably going to get a bunch of flack here for this question since drug testing questions usually do, but here we go. When you sign a release form for testing history from a previous employer that states in the form "for the 3 years preceding the date of this application", and a prospective employer asks a pervious employer of 9 years ago about drug/alcohol results is that a breach of confidentiality? There is no record of the test in question on the dac. Ok Im ready drivers...

Previous employer will most likely send back "over 3 years". But if they want to answer it nothing is stopping them from doing so.
