Drivers with Expungements?
 

Anyone out there driving with any expungement/sealed criminal charges care to share with me your experience's (i.e did you have any issues with the backround check did you inform the company you applied for).

I ask because back in high school i got arrested and charged with a FELONY (drug possession) and a MISDEMEANOR.....later (about 7 years applied and graduated from MTC) who said i would not have a problem getting a job with one of the carriers they worked with (not true).

Anyways I decided to wait and get an expungement for the FELONY and the MISDEMEANOR (will be sealed) now i am about to start re-applying to companies

One is expunged, meaning it does not exist. The other is sealed, meaning that it can only be opened and read if a judge allows it. In MOST states you have a right to say that you have no criminal record. Don't deny every being arrested at a border crossing. They know every thing. Yes I have had to wait almost ten years to get this taken care of.
