Need help!!!!! "newbie" driver

Long story short, i was involved in a 18 wheeler rollover but the thing is it was not on a public rd it actually happen on a private dirt road and i was not given a ticket for it. Can this still affect my mvr record. Company did let me go though and now i need a job asap. ::( also i recently ordered a copy of my mvr and nothing seems to appear.

Any help would be appreciated
thks :):)

As long as something happens on private property, it's perfectly fine. Even if you tore the front end off of a brand new Pete while blind-side backing because you didn't get out and look, it's 100% fine.

Will it show on your MVR? Doubtful. Will it show on your DAC(if company uses DAC)? Maybe. Is it considered an accident? YES! When you apply at another company and they ask about accidents in the last 3,5, etc years, the answer is yes. Even though it happened on private property, your former employer still classifies it as an accident.

yes, it will be reflected on your job history at that company. not on mvr or dot. they will no doubt report the incedent to dac (where companies look for job histories). so you have 1 accident, anything else? if not in last 3 yrs, you should be able to find something. you're new. you need to be co driver for 2 yrs to "pay your dues." after that buy a used fleet truck that has been on good maintenance pgm. go o/o and lease out for long hauls. get it paid for and then get your own auth.
