Purchasing alcohol permits

Where can you purchase alcohol permits for a state on the weekend?

We run permits constant for the states that require them, besides New Jersey, which is a single-trip permit (obtain each time). When I have those loads, the permit is handled by whoever the broker is for that load. I give them a call, and the permit is issued/sent to where I'm picking up the load.
