Tell me about hauling them. Would be food products.

Slosh would be your biggest enemy. No baffles to slow the critter inside the tank down. If a advisory sign for a curve say's 45....be doing 45 or less before going into the curve...once into the curve your speed makes the product climb the wall (especially if you slam the brakes to slow down).....and that is bad....very bad.
Other than that...take your time and always check for a clean tank. You have been driving long enough to know what is safe and what isn't.
