Pulling a set from NY to Philly

Newburgh, NY to Philadelphia, Pa

Can I take a set of pups from 87/287 down NJ-17 to 80? Or do i have to take the GW to 95?

If NJ-17 is not a "parkway", you should be able to. NJ-17 is not "restricted" according to my MCRA. BOL

yes.

But if your going from Newburgh to Philly, why not run down 287 to 95(NJ Pike) and then run the pike to Belmawr and get on 295 and go across the Walt Whitman Bridge(76).

I think you can, but your really should have them vaccinated before you do. Also, make sure your company has allows pets in the trucks.

:D

I-87 to I-287 to US-208 to I-95 = 147 miles, 2 hr and 33 mins, and hardly any tolls.

Or

I-87 to SR-17 to I-95 NJTP to I-295 to I-76 (Walt Whitman Bridge) = 158 miles, 2 hrs and 37 mins, and a lot of tolls.

NJ-17 sucks, the road surface is horrible.

i believe Glad Hand means 206 not 208.

it's the shortest route down, but he might not want to take a set through princeton. especially depending on the time of day. there's no restriction AFAIK, it just might make him a little nervous. :p ;)

where in philly? you could always run the turnpike down to 7A, get off onto 195 and take that to 295 and follow it west to 95. cross over into pa. more miles but less tolls.

I must be getting dyslexic in my old age. Yeah, cutting across on 195 too will work.
