Some years ago I leased to CRST Malone, which is their flat bed division. I did pretty well with them. The parent company pulls mostly vans. If you have limited experience then you may want to go with the van division. Since I have never been a company driver with them I may have a somewhat different perspective.

It's my understanding that their van division is strictly a team operation. If you come to them as a solo, they'll pair you up with another driver. That is my understanding, and beyond that, I really don't know. I can tell you that in the last year or two, they have raised the speed of their trucks. I used to leave them in the dust without being at full throttle, but in the last year, I've barely been able to creep by them, if they're not passing me.
