First...If your friend had been at the wheel of even a "Class B" truck with a BAC of 2.4..he was a "Ghost". He was dead at the wheel.

Second...If a friend did have an understanding boss....the boss'es insurance company wouldn't give a chit. As soon as the insurance company found out about the drunk driving and the purchase of an old U-haul just so the "drunk" could have a driving job...the "Boss" would have zero insurance...and would never be able to get insurance!
