ask the company that turned you down what was on your report, you cant have a dac report if you never drove a truck, so what's the real story?

Unless you have worked in this industry before you should not have anything on your DAC.

You can have a DAC report-- without ever "working" in this industry.

a) you went to a Truck Driving School-- paid for by Company X- and quit/ got kicked out/ did not repay.

b) you been calling around a lot to recruiters-- giving out your social security
number-- they been checking your MVR and making inquires to DAC.

b2) You attended orientation at some trucking company-- quit or was dismissed?

c) how does a middle Initial 'rub' off a laminated driver's license?

d) a illegal left turn-- is considered a serious traffic infraction sometimes
(just like lane change)

Dac checks other things too-- like insurance records-- have any accidents?

Maybe, you should contact DACFix.com and get it fixed. Or at least contact the company that is denying you the job and find out for sure-- was it a bad DAC or a bad MVR? ( they are not one in the same)

Back when I first turned 16 and got my very own horse and buggy there was no such thing as a laminated drivers license.

It was paper.

true-- but unless he's from Nevada? I think Nevada is the only state that issues-- non-expiring "Forever" licenses? anyone know for sure?

And most these day's come laminated.

I believe that today, most states have them just like a credit card with the magnetic strip on the back and all. My last one did get hard to read, but it wasn't just the middle initial. The whole thing got to be hard to read. Still, I don't see where that would knock him out of a job. Did he lie on his application?
