He's welcome back whenever/if ever he decides to come back. He's never been banned...his leaving was on his own.

Actually, it's football fandom that he needs to take a step back from. But with Brett gone, he'll probably never watch another game so he's probably safe. :P

Seriously, I liked Bill. He was an OK chap when he wasn't on a Green Bay kick. Hope to see him back some day.
