Newbie Making Progress
 

I passed the CDL A knowledge exam today in Pennsylvania as well as obtaining the following endorsements:

-HAZMAT and Tanker = X code
-Airbrakes= L code
-Doubles and Tripples= T code

Now it is a 15 day wait until the skills test to secure the Class A as an official license. :)

Costs in the State of Pennsylvania:

CDL A knowledge + HME knowledge + N endorse knowledge +
T endorse knowledge + L Restr knowledge = $70.00

HAZMAT form $60.00

Total= $130.00

Next week I will be taking the "Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Hazardous Materials Endorsement Fingerprint Authorization Letter" to a
"Pennsylvania State Police fingerprint location."

It feels good to be making progress and this forum has helped with the motivation too. :)

I just took those same endorsement tests a few weeks ago.

I went to the state police to get finger printed on Feb 16, got my new cdl in the mail with X endorsements on it on Feb 29.

Wasnt a long process at all.
