Since it's a requirement and safety issue. especially if someone smells like bleach ? |

The principal reason that hair testing or blood testing is not done is "cost".

No drug screen for me in NH to get a medical card. I don't think that is true unless you can post a rule that says so. Drug screening is up to the employer.

You are full of crap. If you have a legitimate medical reason the results are reported as NEGATIVE.
Review by the Medical Review Officer (MRO) Upon receipt of the test result from the laboratory, the MRO will: • Review paperwork for accuracy. • Report a negative result to the Designated Employer Representative (DER); • If the result is positive, conduct an interview with you to determine if there is a legitimate medical reason for the result. If a legitimate medical reason is established, the MRO will report the result to the DER as negative. If not, the MRO will report the result to the DER as positive. http://emoticons4u.com/smoking/rauch27.gif

It is NOT up to the drug testing company to make ANY determinations AT ALL. |
I have my own authority, I don't report to anyone. No drug test required for my CDL or job.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s alcohol and drug testing rules apply to every person and to all employers of such persons who operate a commercial motor vehicle in commerce in any state, and is subject to: (1) the commercial driver’s license requirements of 49 CFR Part 383; (2) the Licencia Federal de Conductor (Mexico) requirements; or (3) the commercial driver’s license requirements of the Canadian Nat |
Please list the full regulation.
The state of NH does not require you to have a copy of your drug test to get your license. Since I don't have a boss I don't have to have one to get hired. I do belong to a random drug testing program but there isn't anyone who looks at the results except ME. Answer me this then. Who is the actual person who requests the drug report when getting your CDL????? |
