I voted yes to the sleeping bag question, but then again I can't stand being cold. So my mummy bag does wonders haha. =D

When I was in training I used a sleeping bag. Much easier to transport than a bedding set.

When I got my own truck I used a sheet, blanket, etc, but still had a sleeping bag in the truck just in case I got stranded with no heat in the cold, which did happen once.

Me too. Cheap insurance against freezing to death, and not much extra weight on the tractor either.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I really don't want to freeze to death in one of these sumbitches.

I use sheets and a comforter in my truck, but I also have a sleeping bag. Like the others have said, it doesn't take up much room and it's handy to have just in case I need it.

WOW, I was kinda surprised to see the results of the poll was so close, I figured the majority would have a sleeping bag with them.

I agree with the Posts, carrying a sleeping bag is cheap insurance.

I use conventional sheets and the sleeping bag as a "comforter" also have a Afghan blanket the add throw on top of the sleeping bag when it really gets cold.

what kinda padding do most trucks have in there bunks? Last truck I was in had a thck comforter that my buddy used on top a thin mattress.

I do have a sleeping bag. Haven't used it much lately though. I also have a set of sheets that I use mostly and have the sleeping bag unzipped to use as a blanket.

Have the sheet and blankets on the bed but keep a sleeping bag in the truck. It usually just gets used when one of the kids goes along but keep it in the truck so that its always in there and as a just in case.
