Does werner provide training
 

I am wondering if werner provides any cdl classes. I read the web site but do see nothing on there. If not I guess I would have to go to a private school.

Not that I am aware of.

I think that Werner may have a big interest in a trucking school in Lincoln NE. But that has been some time ago. They do not have a school with their name on the door and I really do not think that they ever have.

You know, now that you have mentioned it, I do believe I have seen a few Werner trucks going down the road in INDY that were pulling CDL SCHOOL trailers.

Yes if you need cdl training, werner will send you to Hastings, NE, which is just south of Grand Island, Nebraska. They use a community college there. For more info you can call werner recruiting. I got my cdl through TDI in Sellersburg, IN which is just north of Louisville. Been with Werner for almost 2 years now. Giving me good miles, and i just got an 07 Black Century Class. So i have no issues with Werner for now heh.

They don't have cdl schools, but they have close ties with several. Mostly where there major terminals are located.

For instance at the Dallas terminal, works very closely with TDI. TDI happens to also be on the terminal property.
