Going to places like CR or Swift good places to start?

Thanks everyone on your .2C on haulin cars. Being new to driving I still want to haul cars maybe start local? Since I need the experience. Would some of the big places like these a good place to start?

To get that answer, it might be much better to do some research using the search functions on the site. Read the posts, and get some impressions and make a decision.

If you get a lot of flak for asking the question....don't be surprised. :D

Since you have a yen to haul cars, you may want to get on with Swift's flatbed division, tho there are other entry level flatters, since CRE doesn't do flatbed. The point of starting with a flatbedder, you'll learn how to secure loads and that info is transferable to car hauling. Don't expect to start solo hauling cars even after that. Expect more training with a car hauler, don't be afraid of heights, then you should be good to go. BOL
