CONWAY, we love working for them, they give us all the miles we want, and pay motel rooms when waiting for a load longer then a couple of hours, pay layover.... and most important they DON'T LIE TO YOU!!!

if you want more info email me [email protected]

Oh, and did he mention that they are probably 100% "terminal to terminal" and "drop and hook"?

Frankly, if I was ever inclined to run team....they would be the company I would be going to..... But alas, me falling asleep in a moving truck is like trying to get an elephant to walk on water....

I applied to conway the person I talked to told me they wouldn't hire me because I was fresh out of school! I asked even if my husband was to train me? they still told me NO! Do you know who I can talk to there?

Well, Skywalker,

I SORT of had that problem; I reached a point where when the truck was rolling, and I was in the Sleeper berth, I didn't sleep well....

problem was, that when it was my turn to drive, I was all too ready to fall asleep!!

Forget CRST.

Horrible pay scale comparative to what other companies that will hire new teams would pay.

US Xpress will hire teams.

I dont know anything about the company, but you might consider, Landspan. They are a team company. I believe they are in Lakeland, Fl.

just_froggy 07-16-2007 09:25 AM

We talked with a couple about a year ago who drove with Landspan and they said they were really happy with the company.

Me and my wife drove for Covenant for about 2 years and had a good experience with them. If we were to go back driving a company truck they would be at the top of our list.
