I would go back and look at the previous day and make sure you took a full 10 hour break according to the log.

wepwawet 07-10-2007 05:21 AM

Yea I did that just now I had over a 12hr break due to getting unloaded :p

lonewolf 07-10-2007 05:35 AM

if you had a full 10+ hour break before you started at 0730 and then ended you day at 2130,then no,you weren't over your 14 hour clock, one thing about software such as truckers helper,if you put in the wrong information, then you'll get a wrong answer, recheck the info you put in truckers helper :D

EDIT: Yey I deleted part of the log and did it agian, I think when i went to end the day out i wasnt hitting it at the right spot and it was reading me on duty at around midnight even tho it was sleeper time still

Thanks guys

To take a snapshot hit the Prt Scr (print screen) button on the top right hand
of your keyboard. It will seem like nothing happened but what it did was copy the whole screen image to your clipboard.

Now bring up a paint application or anything that deals with images. Go to the edit menu and click on past or paste as new image.

Yeah, something went wrong there. I did some quick math with what you posted and it looks like you still have 15 minutes of drive time left.

Nope. 7:30 am - 9:30 pm = 14 hours. Can't drive beyond the 14th hour.

im not a logbook pro but i think you are over 0.5 hours in driving. from my calcuations you have 11.5 hours driving.

i dont think you are over on your 14 hours.

0001-0730----Sleeper<finishing my 10hr>
0730-0745----PTI/on duty not driving
0745-1015----Driving 2.5 hours
1015-1245----Sleeper
1245-1645----Driving 4 hours
1645-1730----Sleeper
1730-2130----Driving 4 hours
2130-2400----Sleeper<done for day>

4+4+2.5 = 10.5 hours driving.

The only thing I can think of at this moment is if the program added a 15 min post trip at the end of the day and that put you over on your 14. According to your post, you were right at your 14 hrs when you ended your day.

Nope. A post trip isn't driving. You can be on duty as long as you want beyond the 14th hour, as long as you aren't driving, so that can't be it.
