The big boys, Maverick & TMC run in the northeast. Out of the two, I'd choose Maverick handsdown. Seem like a more driver friendly company from what I've read on here. Do a search. There are endless posts.

Also, Melton & Path seem to be OK, nice equipment, but not sure about hometime or pay.

TMC & Maverick both get you home on the weekends (I think).

Arrow also runs northeast. There is a terminal in Masury, OH that has a Northeast Regional even.

Where in the northeast do you live? Keeler out of Clarks Summit Pa
has a real good local thing going on.

Go with Maverick or L J Kennedy. Stay clear of TMC

L J Kennedy, I have seen their ads and they look like a good outfit to work for but do not remeber seeing any posts on here from any of their drivers. Has anybody drove for them before that can give any info on them?(where they run, cpm, tarp pay, loh, etc) Sorry not trying to change topic, just wanted to know and it may help the poster also.

It depends what you are looking to do.
Home everynight?...Out for a few days, or a full blown dweller job.

Last I checked, Maverick didn't hire out of the North East.
