Maximum preventable accidents?

On the company information board on CAD there is a column for maximum preventable accidents. (Preventable accidents allowed) Some companies have a 0 in that column. Does this mean no preventable accidents EVER? Or within a certain time limit?

It's going to be up to the company how they interpret it. But putting 0 down limits applications from drivers, so some companies will max it out in order to receive the app. Personally, I would rather review the app myself and make a call on it, rather than chance losing a good driver that might have put down 3 deer hits on his online app as preventable.
