:D After graduating truck school way back in 2004 I went for a look at USA Truck. Stripped equipment (not even jake brakes or tilt/telescopic steering wheels), crappy maintenance, some drivers who looked like they take a bath every April whether they need it or not. Only a matter of time before J.B. Hunt gobbles them up. My advice, stay away and instead take a look at Schneider or Crete. 8)

Like every other company truck isn't stripped down to bare nothing

My uncle drives for them, they treat him well, gets plenty of miles, and they get him home when he needs to. No complaints from him so far

i started driving for usa truck 6 months ago after obtaining my cdl. my truck is a 2006 international, it does have jakes, and so far the company has treated me very well. i have had no maintenance issues so far but i am begining to think that a lot of what happens depends on how i interact with my dispatch, and the maintanence dept regarding the timeliness of pm scheduling.
