question for smx drivers
 

Hello I'm a new driver trying too find out a answer, I have used the search button and can not find what I'm looking for. I will be leaving for orientation in one week for smx, after training I will be team driving with my friend. My question is does smx compare to tmc, I had no doubts until I started reading this forum and read a lot of positive things about tmc and nothing about smx. Thank you for your time.

From what I have figured out on this forum........no news is good news!

SMX was recently bought-out by Western Express. The SMX drivers I know, are waiting to see what happens. They are all "Timers" with Smithway....one has 23 years, one has 18 years, 3 are at 5 years..and all are happy. Have made consistently good money, and like driving their Petes. All are in flatbed division.
