I agree,.....you should never abandon a truck.
When I left Stevens,...I told them I was coming back to Dallas, and I even paid for the fuel to get there (600 mile DH).
As far as the morality of this "escrow/scam" account,...its just another way for the owner to make another yacht payment on the backs of the employees.

Again,...he with the gold makes the rules

USA Truck has a fleet of 2,550 tractors. 500 X $2,550 = $1,275,000.

A large portion of the drivers will quit before the year is up so the company will keep the money and add it to the 12.4 million that they make annually.

"Cost of orientation"? If they would quit blowing their new guys outa the water, they wouldn't have any "cost of orientation".

My 2C :?

Well that's quite interesting. They are making a profit at our expense. USA Truck was my last pick anyways. I've decided to go with Covenant, and yes I know a lot of people have bad stuff to say about the company, but it's only for 4 months until I get 1 year otr experience, then I can go onto greener pastures. Probably tanker. I'll be teaming so at .20 a mile that should be a 1000 to 1200 paycheck every week:D
