leaseway auto carriers

I have a few questions regarding auto hauling. I just got my cdl and was hired on my first interview. It was Leaseway Auto Carriers in Massachusetts.
I did a search but there's nothing on the boards. I'm surprised they would even hire me and pay me for training as I'm a newbie. I have a clean driving and criminal record but I'm as old as the hills_I'm in my fifties.
What I've heard doesn't scare me away. Steep initial learning curve, hard physical work, long hours, lots of responsibility. I figured I would have to pay my dues the first year OTR with a company like Werner or Swift. This almost sounds too good to be true. Any comments, suggestions or advice?

Thanks

They know I have no OTR experience. Drove a straight truck many years ago. They know what school I went to. They said no experience no problem.
Maybe they were more concerned about a clean record. That I have.

I did a web search on them and they just came out of bankruptcy. They are looking for drivers in a lot of locations. I have no idea what to expect in training.

If anyone's working car hauling tell me what to expect.
