Every one of us started out as a new driver so the jobs are out there, you just have to get your butt out there any find them.
Personally, I live in Whitehorse, but knew I'd have a rough time getting hired to run the Alcan with no experience, so I took off to Northern Alberta to work for Arrow for a bit. Loved and been working ever since. (near home now) I'd recommened trying Arrow or another bulk haul. They tend to be the ones to hire new drivers. |

Try reimers, they hire rookies straight out of training. Only problem is that it's all double team. They might even put you with someone with less than a year experience.

its called supply and demand...to many drivers less pay..there is no driver shortage,only a driver pay shortage.
