Hey folks. Been a while since Ive checked the boards. Came across some good info about a lot of things not everyone is aware of.

www.mercola.com has some good info on our food supply and the dangers of a lot of things you thought were ok.

Good for us truckers to know, especially since we all dont get to eat the best on the road unless you prepare everything, which I do now.

All I eat is organic foods now and for good reason. No microwaving either is a biggy and for an even better reason.

Anyways, thought Id drop this website.
