New driver needs info about Werner Enterprise

Hi there!
Is there anybody out there that has worked for Werner Enterprise, that can give me some insight into the company's culture? I am a new driver and planning to work for that company. Any info or advice will be appreciated :)

"The Big Blue Screw"

Werner is known as "The Big Blue Screw" on the open roads. Not sure what it means about the company, but it doesn't sound good.
