Can someone explain per diem to me?
 

I just figured everyone else was starting per diem threads, so I should too. :P

Well, you see, the company takes away half your pay, so they can get more money at the end of the year. That's what per diem is. :lol: :P

it is kind of ironic that everyone wants to know about it during tax season.......maybe they should be inquiring before they hire on
