Driving Record questions

Hey guys whatups, I am looking to get into trucking but I have a couple questions. If anyone is familiar with a company named Sygma I am trying to get my foot in with them. I am in Sacramento, CA. My question is about my driving record, I have a reckless driving citation on my record that happened back in october of 04. I have heard that they only look back at your record from the past 3 yrs, is that correct? I know it hasnt been 3 yrs, but at the end of this year is when I am going to apply for them.

Im just looking to find answer about my driving record situation if it is even worth it to apply at the end of this year or would I have to wait? Please help. Thank you.

If you have anything else on your record since then, a company may choose to look into the past five years of your record, or even longer. Wreckless driving is a definite "Thou Shalt Not" in this industry.

I had a friend who drove a reefer for Sygma, and from what I've been told, they jerked him around quite a bit. It's been several years since I last spoke to him, and I know that he left them before then.[/
