Question
If you're in your personel vehicle, and you get a ticket for having a headlight or taillight out, will this hurt your CDL driving record much?
|
Probably not. Havaing a headlight out is a non moving violation, which are generally ignored by employers. However, it would be wise to report that to your employer. They'll generally ignore the information, but you will still have met their "report every violation" rules.
|
The only thing they care about is moving violations, DUI and felonies. If they want to view the other non moving tickets, they can do it themselves. I never mention non movers!

no: I meant non-moving violations received on your small vehicle, not your truck. Like a missing headlight on your sedan
