Urine The Life Now ;-(

"I am stupid"... Just thought I`d preface with that. I have been keeping 2 pee bottles in my truck untill today. One bottle has a screw on cap and the other a pop-on pop-off cap. I have been meaning to throw away the pop-on-off cap bottle for obvious reasons but never got around to it. Well...that bottle decided fall over while I drove around a corner. Well...that cap decided to pop-off ;-( You can guess what half a gallon of urine smells like on the floor of your tractor, not roses. My advice, dont be stupid like me, only use screw top bottles when you must relieve yourself.

I once took a relative of mine to Italy with me and the old bastard hid a pee bottle behind the passenger seat. He never mentioned it. Five days into the journey, I was nearly hewking with the smell in the cab. I couldn,t figure out where it was coming from and thought it was him..You know, that old geezer with bladder problem smell. I was too polite at first to say anything

if for some reasons you have to use them dispose of them as soon as possible in the proper place

How about not using them at all. What about going to rest area or truck stop to use restroom. That will solve that problem. As far as that smell try scrubbing with lysol cleaner and mop floor if you have rubber floors. If you have carpet try a steam vac with lysol cleaner.

I wish it was that easy at times, I don't carry bottles or anything for that situation but it has happened that I needed to do it. And had an empty pop bottle. Some of these areas specially in the upper NE you have nowhere to go.... And alot of the shippers/cosignees I have dealt with has signs no restrooms for drivers......

those signs are there because other drivers have ruined that privelage for the rest by leaving the bathroom a disaster area.

If I was parked at a truckstop and just had to pee, I'd just assume use a bottle and save the hassle of the walk to the truckstop and dealing with hustlers, lot lizards and JB Hunt recruiters.
